Kheti holds an MSc from the University of Kent in Biochemistry. Her research project focused on the synthesis cobalamin (vitamin B12) analogues. She subsequently worked as a research technician in fungal epigenetics group investigating RNA interference pathways in Candida albicans. 

 

At CWBE, her project focuses on proteomics applications in wastewater-based epidemiology. She uses mass spectrometry-based techniques to screen for potential biomarkers of public and environmental health relevance. 

 

In her free time, she enjoys reading and baking.
